Extra Virgin Olive Oil

These were the first LA Organic olive oils, Philippe Starck created the packaging, based on the traditional cans, seeing as it is the best way in which to preserve olive oil. It could be compared to a ̈reserva ̈/vintage in the world of wine. It ́s a delicate extra virgin olive oil with an intensity from smooth to medium. It possesses tones of green leaf, grass, apple, banana and nuts, with balanced and perceptible sensations in the mouth. Ideal in use as a dressing and raw, for consumers who love intermediate sensorial profiles.

There are two varieties: Delicate and Intense .

LA Organic Intense 

Smooth and agreeable in texture, this oil combines an intriguing flavor of walnuts with aromatic touches of tomato leaf, apple, green banana and acerola peel, enhanced by a deep, pleasurable aftertaste. Its plainly Spanish character comes from its fleshiness and agreeable aftertaste.

Varieties of olives : Picual, Hojiblanca and Arbequina.
